| Engine: | Cylinder block, heads, all internally lubricated engine parts, manifold, timing gears, timing gear chain/belt, timing gear cover, flywheel, oil pump, oil pump housing, water pump, fuel pump, harmonic balancer, OHC carriers, valve covers, oil pan and engine mounts. |
| Transmission: | Case, all internal parts, torque converter, transfer case, vacuum modulator, transmission mounts. |
| Front/Rear wheel drive: | Final drive housing, all internal parts, axle shafts and axle shaft bearings, constant velocity joints, front differential actuator, axle housing, all internal parts, propeller shafts, "U" joints. |

Q. What is Auto4Life?
A. Auto4Life is a 10 year / 160,000 km warranty offered only at Shaganappi.
Q. What vehicles are eligible for Auto4Life?
A. All new and used vehicles under 160,000 km purchased at Shaganappi.
Q. How much does it cost?
A. Auto4Life is no charge for all eligible vehicles.
Q. What does Auto4Life cover?
A. Auto4Life covers your powertrain; i.e. Engine, Transmission, transaxle, Axles and Differential (except seals and gaskets).
Q. What is my responsibility?
A. Have all your recommended maintenance schedule performed at Shaganappi’s service department and have us stamp your book to validate the service.
Q. How long does Auto4Life last?
A. As long as you have your service performed at Shaganappi and you are the original owner, you are covered for 10 years or 160,000 km.
Q. What about deductibles?
A. If a covered item fails under the Auto4Life contract, we cover parts and labour 100% minus a $100.00 deductible only after 100,000 km.
Q. Do services cost more under this plan?
A. Absolutely not. You will receive the highest quality parts with the highest trained technicians in Alberta all at GM-Goodwrench pricing.
Q. Should I buy an additional warranty contract if offered?
A. Auto4Life covers your powertrain. Powertrain repairs are traditionally the most expensive to repair. Other items such as electrical, brakes, suspension systems, and fuel systems may not be as costly to repair but aren't covered by Auto4Life. You may wish to consider a bumper to bumper warranty to cover those items not covered by Auto4Life. This will just compliment your fantastic powertrain warranty now.
Q. What if I break down out of town?
A. Have your vehicle towed to the nearest GM dealership. Have the dealer inspect what is needed for repair. Call our service manager to report the findings and if covered under your policy, we will be happy to reimburse you for the repairs.
Q. What if I am on vacation and my vehicle requires maintenance service?
A. We ask you to do all maintenance prior to leaving on a trip for safety’s sake, but if it happens we will authorize and stamp your book with receipts of service rendered.
