Determine if your business qualifies for a Fleet Account Number (FAN), which gives you access to exclusive fleet programs and incentives. Your business must meet one of these criteria:
- Purchased or leased five (5) or more new vehicles in the last 12 months, primarily for business use.
- Currently own or lease five (5) or more medium-duty trucks used for company service.
- Currently own or lease fifteen (15) or more vehicles for company service (any mix of manufacturers).

If your business meets the eligibility requirements, download the FAN application form. Complete the form and include acceptable documentation such as vehicle titles, registrations, or proof of insurance for your company vehicles.
