Automotive Service Advisor
Shaganappi GM — part of the Murray Auto Group (one of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies) — is hiring an experienced Service Advisor for our fast-paced, high-volume dealership.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous dealership experience is a MUST
- Strong CSI focus; proven customer-first approach
- Track record of high hours per RO
- Excellent phone communication; fluent in English
- Basic mechanical knowledge to liaise with technicians & customers
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; strong multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
- Tech-forward mindset; willing to learn evolving automotive tools
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and professionally assist with service needs
- Document concerns accurately and communicate with technicians
- Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly
- Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business & high CSI
