Eligibility Requirements:

• Valid only for scheduled oil change appointments booked online or by phone in advance
• Applies to oil change services only (synthetic, conventional, or diesel oil changes)
• Customer must be present at the dealership or utilize our Uber Concierge service during the appointment
• One guarantee redemption per customer per visit

Service Timing:

• The 60-minute timer officially begins when your Service Advisor prints your Repair Order (RO) at check-in
• Service completion is marked when your vehicle is ready for pickup and your Service Advisor notifies you
• Time calculation is based on our internal service tracking system timestamps

Guarantee Exclusions:

• Additional Services: If you add or approve any additional services, repairs, or inspections beyond the standard oil change (such as tire rotation, filter replacement, brake inspection, etc.), the guarantee becomes void
• Vehicle Issues Discovered: If our technicians discover mechanical problems, safety concerns, or required maintenance that needs your approval or immediate attention during service, the guarantee does not apply
• Parts Availability: If your specific oil filter or required parts are not in stock and need to be ordered, the guarantee is void
• Customer Delays: Time spent waiting for customer approval, payment processing delays, or customer unavailability does not count toward the 60-minute window
• Walk-In Appointments: Same-day walk-in customers without pre-scheduled appointments are not eligible
• Service Complications: Stripped drain plugs, seized oil filters, or other unforeseen mechanical complications void the guarantee
• High-Volume Periods: During extreme weather events, holiday weekends, or dealership-wide promotions, the guarantee may be temporarily suspended (customers will be notified at booking)

Discount Application:

• If service exceeds 60 minutes under qualifying conditions, %50 will be automatically deducted from your final service invoice
• The %50 discount applies to the oil change service charge only (before taxes and shop supplies)
• Discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, coupons, or fleet/corporate pricing
• No cash value; discount applies as a credit toward your current service bill only

General Terms:

• Shaganappi Chevrolet Buick GMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice
• Management has final discretion on all guarantee claims and timing disputes
• Guarantee valid at Shaganappi GM Calgary location only
• By scheduling an appointment, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions
